Transaction Capital’s wholly owned subsidiary The ATM Solutions Group, which is the largest independent provider of electronic payment services in Southern Africa, has announced that it has purchased 100% of the issued ordinary share capital of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and payroll specialist, BDB - formerly owned by Absa Bank Limited (50%) and Nedbank Limited (50%) - for an undisclosed sum.

Bank Windhoek and ATM Solutions yesterday announced that more than 15o cash express ATMs for Bank Windhoek would be deployed at merchant points throughout the country. To date 68 of this type of machines have been installed.
